What we keep

Your account: your name, company, e-mail address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), and the addresses you signed in from. Your licenses and invoices. The check-ins your servers send: the license, the software version, the server's name and resources, and counts (lines, channels, viewers).

What we never keep

Your viewers, your lines' passwords, your content and your sources stay on your own servers. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.

Why

To provide and protect the service: licenses, updates, support, invoices, security alerts and reminders before a license ends.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the service (payment, e-mail) and when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to support.

Cookies

The customer area uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
